Each extruder are custom designed to reliable print a wide range of materials. All of them are precision machined components that allows precise control of melting pressure, feed rates and includes an accelerometer in order to auto-calibrate prints.

Special Extruder for Flexible Filaments

Avoid the common printing issues with a custom designed extruder to print soft and flexible filaments easily.

  • Nozzle: 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm

  • Filament: 2,85 mm

  • Materials: TPU / TPE / Flexible

  • Temperature: up to 280ºC

  • Nozzle material: Nickel plated Copper

Extruder for Fiber Reinforced Filaments

A custom designed extruder to print technical materials with abrasive fiber reinforced filaments at high temperature.

* Not compatible with Moso MT ECO

  • Nozzle: 0.6 / 0.8 mm

  • Filament: 1,75 mm

  • Materials: Carbonio, Fiber reinforced

  • Temperature: up to 350ºC

  • Nozzle material: Hardened Steel

High Tech Tools

Titanium thermal barrier

A dual material (Copper-Titanium) thermal barrier for improved temperature control. This barrier allows to stop the thermal transfer to the rest of the extruder. Mantaining the pulling gears cold is crucial for better prints.

Built in accelerometer

Thanks to the use of an built in accelerometer, this extruder tools  eliminate “ghosting” effect applying a real-time algoryhtm. Sensorized tools for the Industry 4.0

5 points precission Attachment

3 precision ball aligners + 1 pivot aligner + 1 high power magnet ensures an accurate and secure attachment to the printer.

Control Circuit

Flow rate, temperature control, fan speed, position and accelerometer are individually controlled for each tool. Each tool has got its own electronics control boards.
